Welcome to MAJECT!
MAJECT is a free to access, grant-funded program which provides in-person and telehealth clinical
services to trauma affected children, youth, and families in the commonwealth of Massachusetts.
To be Eligible for Services:

Children/youth are between 0 - 17 years old.

Families live in or receive services in Massachusetts.

Children/youth have experienced trauma and/or violence. (see link to learn more about what is child
trauma).

Children/youth have a legal guardian who can consent to treatment.

For individual services, children/youth already have a primary JRI clinician (outpatient or IHT), as
MAJECT clinical services are adjunctive.
What We Offer:
For Everyone - JRI Clients and Families in Massachusetts
Trauma-Informed Caregiver Workshops

We offer eight-week workshops on a continuous enrollment basis.

Workshops are virtual (via Zoom) and meet weekly for 2 hour sessions.

Any caregiver living in or receiving services in Massachusetts can enroll.

For JRI Clients - Must have a primary JRI clinician (outpatient or IHT)

Caregiver Consultation - Caregivers (parents or guardians)
meet with a MAJECT clinician as needed (e.g., weekly).

Individual therapy - Child meets one-on-one with a MAJECT
clinician.

Family therapy - Child (or children) and caregiver(s) meet with a MAJECT
clinician.
